How to design a TVS intervention

How to design a TVS intervention

This framework is intended as a starting point for a VS Consultant to help clients gain the most value from the tool.

In a typical TVS implementation, the assessment will be part of a larger scope of work helping a team improve.

The overall project might fall into three phases:

  1. Design the project and administer the TVS to collect data.

  2. Deliver an intervention, such as a training or coaching process.

  3. Review the results with the client, perhaps repeating the TVS.

These can be described using the three phases of the Six Seconds Change MAP:

1. Engage 2. Activate 3. Reflect
