Questions for Part 1 - Life Goals
How important are emotions and feelings in your life?
What could it mean ‘being smarter with feelings’?
Is there any challenge/conflict you’re currently facing? (with friends, at home, in school)
How do you feel reading this feedback about how things are going for you now?

Do you have any goal you’d like to achieve?
What ‘being successful’ means to you?
Do you have anything that you’re working towards?
What’s holding you back?
On a scale of 1-10, how important is this/ each of these goals for you?
How would you know you were achieving your goal/s?

Questions for Part 2 - Using your EQ
Do you notice your emotions in your body? for example, where do you feel your anger? or fear?
Can you make an example of a time you shared your feelings with someone. How did it go?
