Log into https://tools.6seconds.org
Click on the SEI tab
Click on Add Project
Fill in the form...

First, you enter the basic settings of your project.

Note on Items per Page, we suggest "One item per page" – here's a video showing the options: http://www.screencast.com/t/qOYDjd1gl

“One item per page” shows one question at a time.
- “Multi pages” shows about 24 questions then click to next page.
- “Single page” shows all questions in a long scroll.

Select the language in which you want the questionnaire be generated. Please check what languages are available.

After that, you define the norms (comparison group) and you select the language available for the profile.

Then you flag UEQ profile and ‘send to coach’ tab so you will receive the test taker’s profile at your email. If you want the test taker to receive their profile directly, please select also ‘send to test taker’.

Finally, you can decide to leave the flag ‘unlimited credits’ or put a roof to the spendable Credits section according to your need (this option is recommended. It is helpful to limit the use of credits if by mistake the SEI questionnaire is taken by people who are not part of your project).

A) CLICK ON REQUEST AS A FREE PROJECT IF YOU ARE SETTING UEQ PROFILE FOR THE EQPC PROJECT OR FOR A GRANT PROGRAM.

Put 15 credits (5x3 conversations that you will have for you project), description as above and an expiring date that will allow you to give time to participants to take the SEI questionnaire. If the date expires before they take it, you will have to request an extension.

B ) CLICK ON SAVE, FOR ALL THE OTHER REGULAR PROJECTS.

The link to the SEI questionnaire that will generate the UEQ profiles will appear on your screen.

Come prima cosa, inserisci le impostazioni di base del tuo progetto

“Una domanda per pagina” mostra una domanda alla volta.
- “Multi pagina” mostra circa 24 domande e poi un pulsante per passare alla pagina successiva.
- “Pagina singola” mostra tutte le domande in un’unica pagina.

Seleziona la lingua in cui vuoi che il questionario sia generato. Controlla quali lingue sono disponibili.

Dopo di che, si definiscono le norme (gruppo di confronto) e si seleziona la lingua disponibile per il profilo.
Selezionare la norma italiana.

Poi si seleziona l’UEQ profile e la colonna 'invia al coach' in modo da ricevere il report del compilatore alla tua email. Se vuoi che il compilatore riceva direttamente il suo report, seleziona anche 'invia al compilatore'.

In fine, visto che l'UEQ profile costa 0 crediti, puoi saltare la sezione relativa ai Crediti e cliccare su “Salva”.

Il link al questionario SEI che genererà l’UEQ Profile apparirà sul tuo schermo.

Poi, se non hai selezionato "invia al compilatore", dovrai inviare loro il link in questo modo:
