How Can I get it?

To get access to the SEI LTC report, you must be a certified EQ Assessors (EQAC) and complete the SEI LTC virtual certification.

The eLearning takes approximately 5 – 6 hours, and is available on the Six Seconds portal: eq.org

Cost: US $125 (and will earn you 6 ACE units)

 

The report’s cost is 45 credits and you will be be able to access it on the tools intranet similar to the other SEI reports you are already using.

In order to create this report, you will need to set up your project selecting SEI LTC as the project type, which hosts the full SEI questionnaire and the additional SEI LTC questions. From this type of project you will still be able to create the other SEI reports as well.

Tips for using and interpreting:

The SEI LTC is an extension of the SEI Leadership report that focuses specifically on Change Readiness and the AGILE leadership framework.
This report has a modern look and exciting features:

  • To assess EQ competence, and Change Readiness in the design and implementation phase of any change initiative
