Questions for Part 1 - Goals

What is your understanding of Emotional Intelligence/ EQ?
How/ why do you think EI/ EQ might impact your outcomes?
Are there any particular dilemmas you’re currently facing?
Which of these outcomes (Effectiveness, Quality of Life, Relationships, Wellbeing) is that linked to?
What would you ultimately like to achieve?
