If you are a Six Seconds' Network Leader running an EQ Café that includes Profiles... or you received a Grant from Six Seconds... or your Regional Network Director told you to request a free project, here's how!
Step-by-step guide
- Log into https://tools.6seconds.org
- Create a new project, as normal (here are instructions) – but at the bottom, instead of clicking Save, click
A form will pop-up to make your request. All fields must be filled in:
Tip
If you are not exactly sure how many people are coming to your Café, request enough credits to cover your maximum estimate. EG, if your Café uses the BBP, and you think it's between 15-25 people, ask for 25 x 8 credits = 200. Unused credits will "evaporate" on the closing date of this project.
- The system will notify your Regional Network Director (RND). You'll see a confirmation, and, in your Projects list, you'll see that it's pending, waiting approval from the RND.
- Once approved, the link will appear like in a normal project. Click the link icon to get your link to send participants:

The project will expire on the date set in the original request. After that date, if someone tries to use the link, they will get an error and instructions to contact you:
The system will track use of free credits in the same way as regular credits are tracked in your /wiki/spaces/ID/pages/229578. If free credits are used for purposes other than as agreed, you will be responsible for paying for those credits.
