Once you attend Six Seconds Certifications and you become a Six Seconds certified, it is required that you STAY ACTIVE AND CURRENT.

Active means that each year you need to earn at least 12 ACE "Accredited Continuing Education" units to renew your certified status.

ACE Units are designed to keep you up to date and add value to your certification by bringing you more insights and tools for your work.

How to Earn ACE Units

ACE units are calculated based on the TIME involved in each event or activity and the level of PRACTICE granted. Users simply gather and systematically upload ACE Units (at least 12 per year) into the Six Seconds CERTIFIED APP

Please check the CHART below to know the number of ACE units you are encouraged to upload into your account.

You enter these activities on the Six Seconds CERTIFIED APP → See point (d) below.

The app has  icons to provide guidance, and here are detailed instructions:

How to Renew your certification & update all of your information in one place.

1. Navigate to https://cert.6seconds.org/ where you need to get a password. 

2. If this is your first time to this new app, Click "Forgot password" and enter the  email address that your certifications are connected to. 

3. Navigate to your email and click the link in the email to set up a password for the app.

4. Log in

   1. When you log in you will see your current status and expiration date at the top of the page   
      
      
      
      

   2. CERT HOME
      The first tab is a home page that will allow to you navigate to all of our resources from one place                         
       
      
      

   3. PROFILE INFORMATION
      The second tab will display your profile information. This is where you will be able to change any information that you want to be located on the Network map (6sec.org/map) Please update this information as needed.
       
      
      
      

   4. CONTINUING EDUCATION
      The third tab will allow you to enter the ACE units that you have earned in the past year. 12 units are needed to finalize your renewal.
      
      
      
      

   5. EQ INVOLVEMENT
      The forth tab will allow you to enter interests you have for getting involved with the EQ Network.
      
      
      
      

   6. RENEWAL
      This is where you will renew your certification(s) for the year. Each year you need:
      - 12 ACE units (on the Continuing Education tab)
      - confirm your profile up to date? (check the Profile Information tab)
      - confirm how you're using Six Seconds materials – if you need a Gold license you'll pay for that after clicking Renew
      - tell us how many people you supported to practice emotional intelligence in the last year:
      

Una vez que usted asiste a Six Seconds Certificaciones y se convierte en un Six Seconds certificado, se requiere que usted SE MANTENGA ACTIVO Y ACTUAL.

Activo significa que cada año debe obtener al menos 12 unidades de "Formación continua acreditada" ACE para renovar su certificación.

Cómo obtener unidades ACE

Las unidades ACE se calculan en función del TIEMPO empleado en cada evento o actividad y del nivel de PRÁCTICA concedido. Los usuarios simplemente reúnen y cargan sistemáticamente Unidades ACE (al menos 12 por año) en la APP Six Seconds CERTIFIED.

La aplicación dispone de iconos para orientarte, y aquí tienes instrucciones detalladas:

Cómo renovar su certificación y actualizar toda su información en un solo lugar.

1. Navegue hasta https://cert.6seconds.org/ donde deberá obtener una contraseña.

2. Si es la primera vez que accede a esta nueva aplicación, haga clic en "Olvidé la contraseña" e introduzca la dirección de correo electrónico a la que están conectadas sus certificaciones.

3. Ve a tu correo electrónico y haz clic en el enlace que aparece en él para establecer una contraseña para la aplicación.

4. Conectarse

   1. Cuando se conecte verá su estado actual y la fecha de caducidad en la parte superior de la página      

      

   2. INICIO DEL CERT
      La primera pestaña es una página de inicio que le permitirá navegar a todos nuestros recursos desde un solo lugar.     
      
      

      

   3. INFORMACIÓN DE PERFIL
      La segunda pestaña mostrará la información de su perfil. Aquí es donde podrá cambiar cualquier información que desee que aparezca en el mapa de la Red (http://6sec.org/map ). Por favor, actualice esta información cuando sea necesario.
      
      
      

      

   4. FORMACIÓN CONTINUA
      La tercera pestaña le permitirá introducir las unidades ACE que ha obtenido en el último año. Se necesitan 12 unidades para finalizar su renovación.
      

      

   5. PARTICIPACIÓN EN EQ
      La siguiente pestaña te permitirá introducir los intereses que tienes para involucrarte en la Red EQ.
      

      

   6. RENOVACIÓN
      Aquí es donde renovará su(s) certificación(es) para el año. Cada año necesitas
      - 12 unidades ACE (en la pestaña de Formación Continua)
      - confirmar su perfil hasta la fecha? (comprobar la ficha Información de perfil)
      - confirme cómo está utilizando los materiales de Six Seconds - si usted necesita una licencia de oro que va a pagar por ello después de hacer clic en Renovar
      - dinos a cuántas personas has ayudado a practicar la inteligencia emocional en el último año:
      

      

Una volta che hai conseguito una certificazione Six Seconds e diventi quindi un certificato Six Seconds, è necessario rimanere attivi e aggiornati.

Attivo significa che ogni anno è necessario guadagnare almeno 12 ACE units (Accredited Continuing Education) per rinnovare il proprio status di certificato.

Come guadagnare ACE units

Come rinnovare la certificazione e aggiornare tutte le informazioni in un unico posto.

1. Accedere a https://cert.6seconds.org/ dove è necessario ottenere una password.

2. Se è la prima volta che accedi a questa nuova applicazione, fai clic su "Password dimenticata" e inserisci l'indirizzo e-mail a cui sono collegate le tue certificazioni.

3. Accedi all'e-mail e fai clic sul link contenuto nell'e-mail per impostare la password.

      Qui rinnovi la certificazione (o le certificazioni) per l'anno in corso. Per farlo è necessario:
      - registrare 12 ACE units (nella scheda ACE units)
      - confermare che il tuo profilo è aggiornato (controlla la scheda Il tuo profilo)
      - confermare l'utilizzo che fai dei materiali Six Seconds - se hai bisogno di una licenza Gold, la pagherai dopo aver cliccato su Rinnova
      - indicare quante persone hai aiutato a praticare l'intelligenza emotiva nell'ultimo anno
      
      

      

如何更新你的认证证书和获得你的ACE学分

2023年初“6秒钟”更新了认证证书系统，并会给大家提供一个【数字徽章】，支持大家更好的在社交媒体上呈现自己在6秒钟情商的认证资历。

我们新使用的系统叫Accredible，一旦你参加了6秒钟认证并成为6秒钟的认证学员，我们期待您的认证一直可以保持活跃状态。 如果你的认证是在“活跃”的状态，你就可以不断更新您的认证证书，并得到一个数字徽章。

保持“活跃”状态也意味着你可以继续使用Tools测评系统，并保持你在Tools测评系统的账户的持续有效性。

如何判断你是否保持“活跃”状态？

所谓 "活跃"，是指每年至少获得12个ACE 学分，以更新您的认证证书。

1. 每一个认证课程都带有ACE学分，在你完成认证之后你的“活跃”状态将会持续1年的时间。

1. 从第二年开始，你每年至少需要12个ACE学分，去保持你的“活跃”状态。

如何获得ACE学分？

ACE学分的设计旨在让您及时了解最新的情商学习信息，并通过不断的继续学习，为您的工作带来更多的洞察和应用工具，在您完成课程学习之后不断为您的认证增值。

每年你将需要12个ACE "经认可的继续学习"学分。这里有一个获得ACE学分的详细图表。请参考这个图表，作为获得ACE学分的各种选择的参考。

如何更新你的所有认证证书

1. 登录网址： https://cert.6seconds.org/，在此需要获取密码。
