The Six Seconds EQ cafes are 90 minute workshops designed for you:

• around a Quarterly Theme planned by the Six Seconds Global Office

• with beautiful material (agenda, slides, handouts, videos) easily accessible through a Google Folder

• open to a public audience (special agreements can be reached with your RND to run a cafe for a client)

• advertised on the Six Seconds Event Page

• pre-shared with you during specific 1h Train-the-Trainer virtual meetings every quarter (EQ Cafe Plan Calls)

• meant to spread EQ towards our vision of 1 billion people practicing EI and to support you in building your local community
