How to Pay for your Credits by Credit Card

Paying for your Credit Requests by Credit Card is possible and easy. Follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your Tools Account and from the Home page select ‘credits’  on the left hand side of the page.
  2. In the drop down menu select ‘summary'. You will see this page:



3. Click on Credit Card method, then enter the number of credits needed and add any relevant notes such as ‘please send me a business receipt’.  

4. Click 'make credit request'. A page will direct you to make payment by credit card.

5. Once payment is done, you’ll receive a confirmation by email of credits purchased .

6. The Regional Network Director will receive the request and ask Global Office to send you a business receipt, if needed.


Credits purchased this way are available for use soon after you’ve made payment. This is a really quick and efficient way to ensure you get credits when you need them.
