Six Seconds is an ICF Business Partner and has ICF accredited continuing education courses as well as ICF Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 accredited coach certification programs.

Coach Training from Level 1 and Level 2 programs meet ICF’s highest standards, these hours can be used for coach certification, upgrade, or renewal

Level 1 or Level 2 hours all count a CORE hours for the purpose of certification renewal. Participants receive a certificate of “partial completion hours.”
Coach Cert Integration and Coach Cert Solutions each contain 3 hours on ICF Ethics.

Level 3: EQ Master Coach Certification
EQMC is accredited for 80 hours of Level 3 Coach Certification, suitable for ICF renewal or upgrading from PCC to MCC (40 synchronous)
Participants: Professional Coaches with deep experience and commitment to leading the emotional intelligence coaching field
Pre-requisites: PCC (or equivalent) + significant experience with Six Seconds EQ tools (eg over 500 SEI assessment debriefs)
To earn MCC status, participants must have active PCC status with ICF, complete the full program, and then complete and pass the ICF evaluation process.
