If you are working with an organization or client that does not want names or emails associated with the results of an assessment, you can use “Anonymous” in the project setup.
If this is selected, the reports can only be sent to the coach or other in the email settings.
After the project is created, a url will be provided for delivering the questionnaire.
The coach or Organization should tell the users to use a unique identifier so that the results can be distributed.
Another option is for the test taker to make up their own unique ID which can be told to the coach at a later time.
When starting the assessment, the test taker will only need to enter this ID. No other demographic info is required.
If you need this to use with your clients, please ask your regional network director to add this option.
