Big updates on the assessment system and other Six Seconds’ tools: We’ve rebuilt the tech from the ground up to be more reliable, secure, and scalable, with a better experience for you and test-takers.

We’re starting to roll out newtools.6seconds.org. There are still bugs being fixed, but I encourage you to explore the new system now, request a free project to test it.

What’s Improved?
In addition to an updated look and feel (including MOBILE FRIENDLY test-taking) and the unified “one place to log in for everything,” the new system is: More secure. Faster. Easier to connect to other systems for scalability. Multi-lingual from the start to make it accessible to more people.
Newly trained AI – we rebuilt the Artificial Neural Network and trained it with the latest SEI data to make the Neural Network Report even more accurate.
New reports coming! Check out the samples here of updated Profiles and NN – and the brand-new Leadership Metrics Report. These will be coming to the new system in the next couple of months.

How to Transition
We’ll be reminding you about this as we get closer. Once we shut down the old system (end of November), old reports / records will no longer be available.
Credits:
When you’re ready to move over to the new, just fill in this form and the team will help you move your credit balance over. Everyone else will get moved late November.
Testing: On newtools, you can request a free project to test it out. For real projects, or purchase credits --> click the Credits icon from top menu, shown in the little animation above.
Projects / Reports:
In general ** we’re not moving test-taker data / reports
→ Download any reports from the “classic” system that you want to keep. To make this easier, we have added a new download all reports in a project. See help article here.
** However: If you have specific projects underway that you need to continue, we can move selected projects. For example, maybe you’re doing the pre-tests now, and will do post-tests after November. Just let us know the name of the project by emailing: help@6seconds.org
Cert Renewal / Certification Record
To facilitate this transition, we updated certification expiry dates so no one would lose access in the middle of the transition; if you recently expired, you've been renewed 'till the end of December.
You can please check your profile -- it's the SAME as your profile on cert.6seconds.org -- you can view and edit it from any of the new apps:
