Improvement to LVS & SEI 360 admin for managing large projects

Issue: Many email systems block computer-generated email, such as inviting raters to complete the feedback. This creates a lot of complexity for administration, especially when working with a larger group.

Tool improvement: Now when you administer a SEI360 or LVS project, when you go to the Responses/Reports function, there is a button to download the URLs in a csv file with fields required to send via mail-merge (eg this app) so the emails come directly from your email account.
