If your certification needs to be renewed, or you just want to check your record... or update the certifications you hold to correct your profile on EQ.org, it's easy!

If you are already logged into EQ.org and you have an existing certification record

1. Go to https://EQ.org/renewal - You will be re-directed to your personal certification record, showing your status and list of certifications:
   
2. If you need to change anything here, click the blue pencil-paper icon... or the Request Certifications button. You'll see a form like this:
    
   
   Note: On the top part of the form (Existing Certifications), you can request edits to your existing certification record (if any), on the bottom part (Add New Certification) you can request additions that are missing.
    
3. On this form, you can only select courses / years / locations / facilitators that are in our system. If you took a course that isn't in the system, you can email staff@6seconds.org and request the course be added... or, you can select from the existing ones that is near the one you took:
   
    
4. After you click Submit Changes, you'll see a notice that your change is pending:
   
   
   
5. An administrator will review. If you are waiting long, feel free to email staff@6seconds.org to remind us. Once the administrator approves, you'll receive an email:
    
   
   And, your record – and profile on EQ.org – will be updated:
   
    
   
   

If you are not already logged into EQ.org 

When you log in with a specific email address, the system checks if that email address has certification records attached to it.

If there are no records found, you will see a notice:

If you click the top option, you will see a form to request the addition(s):

1. Select the correct certification course (here is a list of courses):
   
2. Select the year of your certification, then the location etc. After each selection, the system will load only those options in our records:
   
   If you attended a course that is not in the system, you can either email staff@6seconds.org and request we add the course to the system, or you can select a nearby course (eg same course but different city)
   
   
3.  When you are done, click Add Certification
   

Your request will be sent to an administrator to review.  If you are waiting long, feel free to email staff@6seconds.org to remind us. Once the administrator approves, you'll receive an email:

 

And, your record – and profile on EQ.org – will be updated.

Cómo Checar su Record de Registro con Six Seconds

Si su certificación necesita ser renovada, o simplemente desea revisar su estatus de inscription ... o actualizar las certificaciones que tiene para corregir su perfil en EQ.org, ¡es muy sencillo!

Si ya se encuentra en EQ.org y posee un record de registro existente

1. Ir a  https://EQ.org/renewal - Usted será redirigido a su registro de certificación personal, mostrando su estatus de registro y la lista de sus certificaciones:
   
2. Si necesita hacer alguna modificación aquí, dar clic al ícono de lapiz ... o al botón de solicitar un cambio: Request Certifications. Pronto aparecerá una forma como esta:
    
   
   Nota: En la parte superior de esta forma (Certificaciones Existentes/Existing Certifications), puede solicitar cambios a su(s) certificaciones existente(s) de ser el caso, mientras que en la parte inferior (Agregar Nueva Certificación / Add New Certification) puede solicitar lo que vea que no está al día.
    
3. En este formulario, sólo puede seleccionar cursos / años / ubicaciones / facilitadores que están en nuestro sistema. Si usted tomó un curso que no está en el sistema, puede escribir a  staff@6seconds.org y solicitar que se agregue el curso... o puede seleccionar desde la lista de cursos existentes.
   
    
4. Una vez que le da clic para confirmar los cambios en Submit Changes, aparecerá un mensaje en la pantalla indicando que el pedido se encuentra pendiente.
   
   
   
5. El administrator revisará su solicitud. Si ya ha transcurrido un largo tiempo, por favor escriba a staff@6seconds.org para hacer el seguimiento. Una vez que el administrador apruebe los cambios, recibirá un correo electrónico con el siguiente texto:

Si no se encuentra desde de la página de EQ.org  y olvido su contraseña

2. Seleccione el año de su certificación, luego la ubicación, etc. Después de cada selección, el sistema cargará sólo aquellas opciones válidas en nuestros registros:
   
   Si asistió a un curso que no está en el sistema, puede enviar un correo electrónico a staff@6seconds.org y solicitar que añadamos el curso al sistema, o puede seleccionar un curso cercano (por ejemplo, el mismo curso pero diferente ciudad)
   
   
3.  Cuando el paso anterior este completo, haca clic en Add certification
   

Su solicitud será enviada a un administrador para revisarla. Si ha estado esperando por mucho tiempo, no dude en enviar un correo electrónico a staff@6seconds.org para recordarnos. Una vez que el administrador apruebe, recibirá un correo electrónico:

 

Y, su record – y perfil en EQ.org – será actualizado.

Come controllare la tua Certificazione

Se devi rinnovare la tua certificazione, o semplicemente vuoi controllare il tuo stato... oppure caricare le certificazioni che possiedi e modificare il tuo profilo su EQ.org, ecco come fare!

Se sei già registrato su EQ.org e hai conseguito delle certificazioni

1. Vai su https://EQ.org/renewal - Sarai reindirizzato al tuo record relativo alle certificazioni esistenti, che mostra il tuo status e la lista di certificazioni già approvate:
   
2. Se hai bisogno di cambiare qualcosa qui, fai click sull'icona blu... oppure sul pulsante "Request Certifications". Vedrai un modulo come questo:
    
   
   Nota: Nella parte superiore del modulo (Existing Certifications), puoi apportare modifiche (in caso ci siano imprecisioni), oppure, nella parte inferiore (Add Certifications) puoi richiedere quelle che mancano ( se ne mancano).
    
3. In questo modulo, puoi solo selezionare corsi / anni / luoghi / trainer che sono presenti nel tuo sistema. Se scegli un corso che non si trova nel sistema, puoi mandare una email all'indirizzo staff@6seconds.org e richiedere che venga aggiunto il corso... oppure puoi selezionare tra uno di quelli esistenti a patto che che siano simili a quello che hai scelto:
   
    
4. Dopo che avrai selezionato Invia le Modifiche, vedrai l'avviso che il tuo cambiamento è in attesa:
   
   
   
5. Un amministratore Six Seconds effettuerà la revisione. Se stai aspettando da molto, puoi mandare un email all'indirizzo staff@6seconds.org per verificare. Una volta che l'amministratore avrà approvato, riceverai un email:

Se non sei registrato su EQ.org 

Quando ti connetti con un indirizzo email specifico, il sistema controlla se questo indirizzo email possiede una certificazione registrata allegata ad esso.

Se non vengono trovate certificazioni registrate, apparirà un avviso:

Se si fa click sulla prima opzione, apparirà un modulo per richiedere l''aggiunta(e):

1. Selezionare il corso di certificazione (ecco un esempio di lista di corsi):
   
2. Seleziona l'anno della tua certificazione, dunque il luogo etc. Dopo ogni selezione, il sistema caricherà solo le opzioni esistenti:
   
   Se hai frequentato un corso che non è nel sistema, puoi sia mandare un email all'indirizzo staff@6seconds.org e richiedere che il corso venga aggiunto al sistema, oppure puoi selezionare un corso simile (ad esempio lo stesso corso ma in una città diversa)
   
   
3.  Quando hai finito, fai click su "Add Certification"
   

La tua richiesta verrà mandata ad un amministratore Six Seconds per la conferma. Se stai aspettando da molto, puoi mandare un email all'indirizzo staff@6seconds.org per ricordarcelo. Una volta che l'amministratore avrà approvato, riceverai un email:

 

Dunque, la tua registrazione – e il tuo profilo su EQ.org – verranno aggiornati.
