Locate the project in the TVS Projects list, and click the 0 under the reports column.

Then you will see the button to create the report.

Then click the report iconreports that have already been created and options at the bottom to create a new report.

Name the report, Select the language, Pick the demographic groups you want to include.

Click “Create report.

Once the report is created, you will receive an email and you can reload the page or navigate back to the page to download the report.

Click the report icon on the right hand side.

A window will open allowing you to de-select if there are certain pages you do not wish to include in the report. Generally, we recommend keeping all the pages. Click OK and the report will be created (depending on your browser, it will either open as a PDF you can save, or it will automatically download as a PDF).

Note on Report Generation:

If you go to generate your report and the button is grayed out:

Your survey has not closed.  Go back to the list, and edit the project, change the expiry date under Questionnaire settings to yesterday’s date:

...

Before you generate the report, you also have the option to clear all responses by clicking “Delete questionnaires.” For example, you might wish to do so if you tested the survey but don’t want to keep the test responses. A warning will open asking you to confirm.
